Cardio is good - it burns off stress chemicals!. Also, do lots of deep breathing, even when you aren't exercising!.

try some kind of cardio work- this will get endorphins racing round your body (feel good hormones) and will definately help!. Also, some kind of boxing/punch bag work may help relieve any tension or frustration befre it gets too much!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
