Is it okay that my body doesn't feel sore anymore after working out?!
Question: Is it okay that my body doesn't feel sore anymore after working out!?
I work out a lot, lunges, squats, deadlifts, lower back extensions, cable kickbacks, lift weights, and then Billy Blakes fat blasting cardio, or I do Billy Blakes Ultimate bootcamp!. And it's been 4 days since I've been working out everyday, but i take a day rest every once in a while and my body doesn't feel sore as much anymore!. What happens when it's doesn't feel sore period!? Does that mean I gotta push harder!? Or I'm just used to it!.
I just wanna be sure that my muscles are still working!.

Your body will adjust to the exercise!. If you have any pain then you overdid it!. A little soreness is normal at first but again your body will adjust!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
