How many people in this section are serious about their training?!


Question: How many people in this section are serious about their training!?
I'm just asking cos most of the questions are made up of "Help! I need to lose 3 stone by Friday" or "Should I do any exercise cos I'm fat and unfit" etc!.

I was wondering how many users here are actually seriously into their fitness and training, whether it be weights, running, cycling, other sports etc, how much you train and to what extent, how much you put into your diets to suit your training etc!.

I just wanted an idea if I had any future questions, I'd know what kind of knowledge I could hope for back!.

Personally, I weight train 3 times a week, cycle once a week, and my current diet is based on gaining mass over the winter, with plenty of protein and complex carbs 6 times a day!.

you're very healthy!! I work out 4-5 times a week, alternating between a cardio/fat burner and a toning routine using only 5lb weights!. I eat healthily ie don't eat lots and lots of rubbish, but I do enjoy the odd bacon sandwich and I have a bit of a thing for Jaffa Cakes at the moment!. I had an eating disorder and body dysmorphia disorder which still rears it's head occassionally, but I generally try to enjoy food, have a little treat now and again, have a balanced diet with plenty of nutrients daily!.!.!. oh yeah!.!.!. and the odd glass of wine!.!.!.!.!. actually bottle of wine!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.okay case of wine (only joking!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am -i've been an avid gym rat for over 25 years - and i've powerlifted too!. the gym is my church where i worship at the altar of the iron religiously!. i will NEVER stop - when i'm dead they will have to pry a cold, knurled bar from my hands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I weight train 4 times a week, run every day for 45 minutes, plyometrics twice, dragon boat twice and basketball 3 times!.

My diet right now is a weight loss one, getting back into shape for the basketball season -!.-Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use to jog 30mintues a day, everyday to loose weight cause i am rather overweight

but after 3~4weeks i lost my commitment and only jog for 30mintues 1~2 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

I train three days a week as well, eating like a horse to gain as well,like you i think most of the kids on here need a check up from the neck up not diet plans lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
