How quickly can I lose 12 pounds?!


Question: How quickly can I lose 12 pounds!?
I want to lose 12 pounds so I can feel better about myself as I am slightly overweight and this is the right amount I need to lose!.

I want to lose it in 2 months but is this too short a time period!? I don't want to gain it all back!

I want to do slim fast because I work and am at University so I find it hard to get healthy meals or have the time to prepare them with my busy schedule!. I was hoping to do this for the 2 months and then afterwards begin to introduce healthy foods back into my diet such as fruit and veg, etc!.

I also plan to walk some of the way to uni, about half an hour there and half an hour back!.

Will I lose weight this way or am I just kidding myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im trying to loose the same amount as fast as possible, but without dropping it that fast that i will instantly regain!.
As i have already lost weight the best way i feel to go about it is to eat approx 1000 calories a day!. I get up and do half an hour exercise before i do anything, then i ensure i have my breakfast (2 weetabix) otherwise the diet will be broken by the afternoon as you will be starving!. Then 2 other healthy meals throughout the day, and just try to do more walking ect, exercise dvds are great as you don't have to face the gym if you don't want to!.

Although 1 - 2 lbs per week is the healthy amount to loose!. I would allow 3-4 for the first few weeks as you may be making a dramatic change to your usual eating a exercise regime!.

Remember
Muscle weighs more than fat!. So if you are exercising dont get mesmerized by the number on the scale!. Concentrate on how you feel and how your clothes fit, even try measuring your waist, hips and bust as you you will see the difference in inches

I lost that much in a month by eating 1200 calories a day and doing 30-60 mins exercise 6 days a week!. On my 7th day I allowed myself 1500 calories and rested my muscles!.

I initially found it hard, but once ur body gets used 2 the regime I found I actually had more energy aswell!. It took me about a week 2 get used 2 it!.

I now find myself opting 4 the healthier option most of the time, n alllowin myself treats occasionally 2 ensure I don't quit!.

It is possible to lose this amount in 2 months, even in one month it is!. recommended is one - two pounds per weeks though but yes it is possible!.

Slim fast is rubbish don't bother, try weight watchers, you dont have to go if you dont have time they have a on-line programme Www@Answer-Health@Com
