Okay so Im 17 5'5 118-120lbs
trying to lose weight
Bfast: Yogurt apricot bar (7:30am)
Lunch: Salad wrap (12:00)
Snack: Grapes (1:00)
Dinner: Bowl of thick organic yogurt (5:45pm)
I also went for a short run!.
I am SO full!.
WHY!?
Is that a lot!?

why do you want to lose weight=118 is a healthy weight for your height!. Anything less is unhealthy and unless you want to have some pretty serious medical conditions when you are in your 50's and older you need to eat more!.
Eat some organically raised fats and at least 1800 Kcal a day and a much more diverse diet!. Go for health and not what some magazine says you should look like!. Know that all the photos of the super skinny models are photo shopped and most weight a lot more than what it looks like in the pictures!.

You may be feeling sick because you aren't eating enough even though you might be feeling full it happens to me all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
