Best way to gain muscle . . . ?!

Question: Best way to gain muscle !. !. !. !?
I have been going to gym off an on for the past few years!. I usually do a full circuit - leaving feeling like I really put my all into it and I see results as well!. I recently done some research into targeting specific muscle groups and have been working out with these!. I feel the pain the next day, but I have not seen much results!.

Which method is better if one is looking at building muscle all round!? Is the one way better then the other or is it the same!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I guess You usually workout for 5-days in a week!?if u do then ur muscles are not getting time for enough rest and that is probably why ur muscle size is not increasing,
Follow the following plan:
any 3 alternate days work out ur upper body,
rest in days between these, eat a lot of vegetables, milk and PULSES!.
U WILL DEFINATELY SEE THE RESULTS!. in about 3 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is a normal training phenomenon called "plateau" in which your muscles simply stay at a certain size, definition and strength!. Every two or three months you can change your routine to "trick" your body, because it can actually "get used to" your routine!. Try going from specific muscle groups to sport training that involves many muscle groups, or mix it up with plyometrics to get your pump again!. Even just mixing up the speed of your workout will do a little!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well for me i workout a muscle group once a week, but i really push it i increase weight each week and drink protein 3 times a day!.

and you have to have a good diet, mostly meats and veggies!.

and you dont want to work out your muscles too much, because not resting muscles wont let them recover and just make them smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to lose body fat first to actually see muscle!.!.!.!. because if you're doing weight training with layers of fat!.!.!.!. the muscle will push it out Www@Answer-Health@Com
