Question: How do i drastically lose 30 pounds/15kg within 30 days!?
i know this is not healthy and a massive weight drop for anyone, but ive gained a lot of weight this summer and theres a fancy ball being held and im attending!. everythings perfect, ive got the perfect date and the hottest dress but ive put on tonnes of pounds and i wana shed all this before that! please help me by advising what diet i should follow and what extreme exersises i should do!. your recomendations and advice is much appreciated!. thnx in advance xWww@Answer-Health@Com
