Has anyone tried the lemonade diet or water fasting?!


Question: Has anyone tried the lemonade diet or water fasting!?
I am not doing this for a long term weight loss as I know this is very unhealthy!. The problem is that I am standing up in two weddings in October and unfortunately I don't fit into the bridesmaids dresses anymore!. What happened is that 2 months ago I suffered a slip disc in my back and I was on a lot of steriods which made me gain 15 pounds!. I have since stopped taking the steriods!.!.!.looking into back surgery early next year) and I am looking for something quick that I can do to lose weight so I can at least fit into the dresses!. I need to lose about 10-12 more pounds to feel comfortable in the dresses and I would normally be able to do that with diet and exercise but with a slip disc it's very hard for me to exercise!.

Again, early last year I had lost 62 pounds with high intense cardio and good nutrition so I know how to lose weight correctly but I need a "quick fix" just so I can fit in the dresses!. One wedding is Oct!. 4th and the next one is the week after!. I understand if I do this I will gain the weight back but I do know this!.!.!.I just have no other choice!.!.!.one of the bridesmaids dresses was $398 and I can't afford to buy another one!. I did the lemonade diet, and then I realized I might as well be anorexic! It's definitely not a smart thing to do, even if you are in need of a quick fix!. I would recommend a healthier cleanse, that actually puts nutrients into your system!. My mom does one where she eats lean chicken, salmon, egg whites, and fresh greens! It always helps her drop those 10 vanity pounds when she's feeling "let go!." She usually will lose the weight within a week or two, and it's still very healthy!. Avoid fruits, as they have a lot of sugar!. But if you stick to lean proteins and fresh greens, you should have those pounds off!. Also, go for a power walk 3 times a week, 20 minutes per day!. i don't think lemonade diet work and by water fasting do u mean just water only and no food!? or what!? If so!.!.!.i think that makes u hungrier if you only have water in your stomach!. yea it takes up space in your stomach but it's not going to make you feel full the right way!. I know bc I tried this method with very tiny little to eat!. It might make u feel bloated but u have to eat something!. Try just fruits and water! at least u'll have something in ur stomach beside water so ur digestive system can work so your metabolism can kick in!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
