When did you start noticing results from the gym?!


Question: When did you start noticing results from the gym!?
I just started working out at the gym 5 days/week to lose weight!. I typically do about a hour of cardio and some weight training!. I have also changed my diet!. My goal is to lose about 30 lbs and so far all I have noticed are more definition in my arms!. Does anyone have any tips!? How long will it be until I see results!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

With regard to how long it would take to see results, I'd say anything from 2 weeks onwards, you should see results!.
