I can't Sleep after working out is this normal?!


Question: I can't Sleep after working out is this normal!?
I exercise at night, after work is the only time that i have to work out but now i feel like have insomnia it's been like this for the past 4 days is this normal will it wear off eventually!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I sleep better when I workout!. I think it depends on how soon you are trying to sleep after working out!. I usually have 4 hours!.

Workouts can raise chemicals in the brain, such as endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin, and dopamine, that produce the so-called runners high!. So if that has not stopped yet your still getting that added pump of energy!.

I think your body will adjust!.!.!.keep at it!. i would also try to seperate your workout from sleep as much as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes this is quite normal!. By exercising your metabolic rate has been increased and is now causing your body to 'run' at a much faster rate than if you had rested!. The result of the heightened activity is difficulty in relaxing sufficiently to sleep!. You may also have noticed that you feel much warmer, even hot under what you would consider to be normal blankets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Regular exercise is good for sleep but if you try to sleep straight after you may be too hyped up!. Try pranayama if you feel too speedy - Block right nostril with your finger and breathe out left, then block left and breath out right and keep alternating until you calm down!.

Yes!. Exercise raises adrenaline, your flight or fight chemical!. You should try exercising during the day, preferably in the morning!.!.!.which gives you a greater amount of energy to take on your day, which also uses up that energy, so that you can sleep at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its normal because after working out and getting your energy, heartrate, and adrenaline up its hard to go to sleep because all of that has to calm down!. so if you want to get to sleep you might have to find another time to workout, otherwise when you do exercise really ware yourself out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah what he said is right when you work out your body warms up so you have the energy to spend!.

try not to sleep right away after working out it is very harmful because your blood is rushing troughout your body

This is normal when you work out, your heart rate is increased, along with your blood pressure, metabolism, and adrenaline!. This is what gives you the energy to work out!. Try cooling down into a yoga routine, meditation, maybe a hot bath!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its normal that every after workout its hard to fall asleep bcoz the whole body especially the blood vessels already activated in circulation throughout the body system!.Its better to workout early in the morning before getting off to work!That's my only advise to u n all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup - you are normal!. Working out kicks up a surge of adrenaline and other stress hormones that keep you awake!. Try working out at a different time or if you drink milk, some warm milk before bed - or cocoa!. :-) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your systems are hyped up,therefor,its gonna take longer until the body produces the sleep chemicals,try to relax as much as possible,as you lay there,take sugars out of your diet and no caffeine either,Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercising gets your blood pumping and heart rate going!. it basically wakes you up!. thats why its a good idea to exercise if you are tired and need to get revitalized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
