Ok , lets cut to the chase!.!. IM FAT
im 12 stone and im only 15 and i want to lose quite a lot of weight by november as i am going to a concert!. i need to lose it from the belly and my sides!. ive been on a diet for quite a while but it doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere so can someone give meadvice or give me a site that can drastically change my weight because im so sick of being fat :(HELP PLEASE !.!.:(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calorie Count!. Keep a diary of all the things you ate, and list their calorie count, and % fat!.
Don't eat after 8 pm!.
