Question: Anyone for size Zero!?
I am an ex size zero who forced myself into normal weight for appearance purposes!. Some of you may think I am mad but trust me Girld are NEVER happy with what they were blessed/cursed with!.
By the way Id like to hear from ladies of all ages!.
Anyway, I would love to know why young girls really want to be this small and how small do you want to be!? I am going to put some links up to women whose bodies I admire!. Tell me what you think!.

I am smaller than both of these ladies but always thought this was the perfect figure!. Both look young for the age!.

I'm a 4/6 and I would never want to go smaller!. I'm 5'6 so I'd have no curves left!. I want to be fit but still look like a woman!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just go with whatever you are naturally, of course with eating a healthy diet and getting a decent amount of exercise!. Just don't eat less to be skinny or exercise more!. The important thing is just to be in a healthy weight range for your gender, height and age unless your doctor tells you otherwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i used to be a size 0, but my metabolism slowed for some reason and i started eating a lot more and being really lazy so now i am a size 1 or 3!. it is lame, i just want a time machine and go back to being size 0 and then not overeat and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
