i am a 14 yr old boy 5'4 and 145 lbs im looking to loose around 15 pounds beacause i play baseball any suggestions!?!?

If you are looking to lose weight fast you need to stop eating all sweets and candy!.!.!.ALL OF IT!. This includes things like crackers and chips!. Do ab workouts such as curlups and leg exercises!.!.!.But here is the most important thing is to wake up every morning and do sprints up and down your street for about twenty minutes (do at night if preferred)!. Cut out all soda as well!. (but still eat just not junky fatty sugary foods)!. TRUST ME FOLLOW THIS AND YOU WILL LOSE THOSE 15 POUNDS EXTREMELY FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are fine the way you are but I guess you want to lose some weight!.
The best way is by going to the gym!.
I think that is also the easiest!.
Anyways,you can also try running around the block everyday!.
Maybe try going around 50 times a day!.
I did that and I lost about5 pounds a week so I guess you have plenty of time!.
Don't eat JUNK food!
I mean like lets say you ran around the block 50 times a day and once you got home you ate one of the $0!.25 bag of chips!.
