Losing last bit of belly fat and starvation mode question?!

Question: Losing last bit of belly fat and starvation mode question!?
I realized recently that I use to eat way below my daily caloric needs!.!.!.!.mine is about 2500 calories, I'm guessing I ate only about 1000-1200 calories a day normally and I also worked out everyday!. I almost always skipped breakfast and only ate lunch, dinner, and maybe 2 snacks a day, yet I maintained my weight and didn't gain or lose anything, I'm guessing this is because my body went into "starvation mode" and is holding on to the fat!? Would just eating enough calories a day show some results in reduced belly fat!? I worked out then and still do also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, I think eating more would help you reduce your body fat percentage!. I think the only thing that you would really need to do is to start eating breakfast!. It sounds like your other meals are frequent enough!. And of course, everyone is different!. Don't eat 2500 calories just because a website or something said thats what you need!. I don't get the number of calories I am recommended to get, but my meals are frequent enough to keep my metabolism revved all day, so my body doesn't store it as fat!. So start eating breakfast and I think you will see some real positive changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
