I have one(1) rock hard ab. When does the look come?!


Question: I have one(1) rock hard ab!. When does the look come!?
My new years resolution was a total self fitness improvement!. For over 8 months, I've been in the gym 3-4 times a week, working the arms, legs, chest, back and torso!. My arms have seen significant improvements as well as my legs, chest and back!. I run about 10 miles a week on a road and do 3 20 minute sessions of other cardio a week!. Three nights a week I do 100 sit-ups and crunches and 2 nights, I do 30 situps with a heavy dum bell behind my head for extra resistance!. I have a flat, hard stomach but no definition at all!. Anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong or need to add to my workout!?

Answers:
Man the reason that your abs will now show is because you have fat covering them!. The abs are one of the hardest muscles to get to show!. Do you have any idea what your body fat is!? Your body fat would most likely need to be under 10 percent to see much abs!. So basically this is all in your diet to fix this problem!.

As for abs I like the idea that you are doing some heavier ab work with a dumbbell!. Remember the abs are just like any other muscle!. They need to be trained hard and heavy to get results!.

edit - Ok, so I guess mostly I'd suggest hitting your abs with heavyer weight and forget about the real high reps!. Also just make sure you eat really healthy and your body fat will get even lower and you should be able to see all your abs in not that long!. Also remember you do not need to work your abs 5 days a week, just like any other muscle they need to recover too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vary the angle of your sit ups!. More inclines and/or declines!.
Also try an exercise wheel!. It
