Working Out Without Weights...?!


Question: Working Out Without Weights!.!.!.!?
I want to work on my abs (all muscles!.!.!. upper, lower, obliques) and my upper body (bicep, tricep, etc!.) without using weights!.!.!.

I assume this will involve a lot of sit ups and push ups!.!.!. but if anyone can give specific work outs that work!.!.!. how much and how often that would be great!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
