Question About Toning Muscles...?!


Question: Question About Toning Muscles!.!.!.!?
This is probably looked down on!.!.!. but my goal is to get "good looking muscles"!.!.!. I want my arms to have muscle definition, and same with my stomach/chest!.!.!.

Point #2!.!.!. I would like to do this without weights!. Just me!.!.!.

Any suggestions!.!.

Specific exercises/how often/etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well some simple house hold things can be, crunchs, push ups (dip) squats reverse crunchs close grip push up wdie grip push up bicycle crunch are jsut to name a few!.
also if you have a couch that you will use it will help will explain later**

ok so first lets see what each works!.
crunchs-abs
pushup-chest tri
dip-tri
reverse-lower ab
close grip-tri,chest

so fisrt your wondering wtf is a dip and how do i do it in home!., well if you have a computer chair with like two handles on the side(and can support your wright) you can dip on those, squat you can do by putting ur back on the wall
push up stright forward, crunch dont go all the way up just enough so your shoulders go up a bit and also your going to the roof not looking forward!.

oh and with the couch thing go on youtube and serch 3min ab workout or somethign like that!. i havent tried it but i herd it shows results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's physiologically impossible to "tone" muscles, they are always that way!. subcutaneous fat (body fat) stores cover the true shape of skeletal muscle and must be reduced to increase definition!. the amount of body fat that a person has is a direct results of the diet and has very little to do with the types of exercises that are performed!. to decrease body fat you need to follow a low calorie diet that is also low GI!. controlling insulin through the diet is the key to reducing body fat stores!. when you do exercise you need to do so at high levels of intensity which keeps the metabolic rate elevated after exercise where real fat loss occurs!.

for exercise you can do things like push ups, pull-ups/chins, 8-count bodybuilders, jump burpee's, wind sprints, etc!. the key to getting optimum results is by constantly pushing yourself harder and harder!. you have to perform more "work" each training session, this can be by adding repetitions, adding weight, running faster or farther in the same amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the ones we hated to do!?
they can help you tone and define your body!.
push ups!. sit ups!. running, but for your biceps and triceps without weights you might try push ups from different angles, or my favorite, swimming!.
the way you tone muscles is repetitive movement!.
If you wanted to build muscle you would do 3 repetitions with the weight so heavy you could bearly finnish the third set!.
to tone you do more sets with lighter weights!.
But unless you have phisiclay demanding job that targets the mucels you want to tone you are out of luck!.
Is it the cost of a jim, weights, if so you can use any thing for weights!. even a jug of milk!.
but if weights are out compleatly, take up shaddow boxing!. anuthing to get your arms to moove repetivly untill your muceles get tired!. after a while you will see a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well For Triceps, The Best Way Is To Do Push ups!.
They Help With Triceps, Shoulders, Chest!.

For Biceps, There Is I Think No Way Without Weights!.
