I recently lost 30 lbs!. with diet and exercise!. I really didn't notice any weight loss in the first month, but then it just started falling off!. The best tool I used was thedailyplate!.com!. You can track what you eat, your exercise and your weight!. It really helps you keep track of how many calories you have consumed and how many you SHOULD be consuming to achieve your goals in a healthy way!. You should keep increasing your exercise levels each week, maybe a little faster, a little longer, just a little at a time!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe I answered your question about your diet just yesterday and for some reason you didn't give it a best answer!. You took the advice of someone who siad their trainer said something to them!. I'll have you know that I AM a trainer and that what I posted in your last question is the correct answer to your problem!. Your body is keeping as much weight as it can because you are litterally starving yourself!. Its a defensive and survival mechinism!.

and for your convience!.

No this sucks just like every diet that someone who has no idea whats going on comes up with!. Look for starters you need 12-15 calories per pound you weigh!. Your body does stuff such as your heart beating, brain thinking etc!. What do you think runs that!? In order for your body to maintain all these function it will burn 12-15 calories!. This is known as your basal metablism!.

Which means you burn 12-15 calories per pound you weigh doing nothing!.

Another thing alot of you don't know is what causes fat to form around!. This is not caused by over eating(for the most part)!. Its caused by irregular eating and huge gaps inbetween meals!. If you feel hungry your doing something wrong!. When your body goes through long periods of itme iwth out food Ie!. (Eating breakfest at 7 and lunch at 1) it will think it is time of famine and will go into starvation mode and store fat!.

To prevent this you will need to eat atleast every 3 hours!. So eat two breakfest two lunches and two dinners everyday!. You will end up eating less each meal just because you ate 3 hours before it so dont worry about over eating!. Breakest should be your biggest meal by far!. Eating as soon as you wake up jump starts your metablism and you can begin burning calories as soon as you wake up!. (get out of bed and eat dont wait to get ready)!.

Now about the fat you already have!. Thats easy to get rid of!. I personally went from 10% body fat to 6% in a month!. Thats REALLY hard to do for people!. But in reality its really easy!. In order for you to burn one pound of fat you will need to burn 3500 more calories then you take in!. Ok so what does that mean!?

You weigh 105 pounds!. You wanna lose 2 pounds!.
Your Basal Metablism is around 1500 calories!.
This means after you eat 1500 calories you will start to have excess amounts!. 3500 excess amount will turn into 1 pound of fat!.
This is where excercise comes in!.
Once you eat 1500 calories and eat say 500 more this will give you +500 calories!. So if you ate 500 extra calories every day for 8 days you would gain a pound!. So to stop this!. Eat that +500 calories and burn off 750 of it!. (You need calories in order to excercise otherwise your body has no energy and makes the excercise very grueling)!. You will lose weight slowly but will lose 100% fat only!. This method will get you 1 pound every two weeks till desired weight!. Feel free to excercise more to burn more off!.

Remember if you lose to much weight at once you will have skin flab which is more unacttractive then fat itself!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You ARE losing weight, butyou are simply gaining muscle-mass while you're at it!.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might even notice that you are GAINNIG weight!. Don't worry, it's normal!.

If you don't excersise muscle, it turns to fat!. You need to stay active!.

To Lose weight you should eat about 1500 calories! Healthy {water}!.
And you need to burn more than you eat! Hope I helped! 1200 calories can put u in starvation mode and you wont lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Ivan!. Your calories are too low!. I know most people are impatien for results so I would not recommend as high of a calorie count but you should be eating around 1800 calories divided over three meals!. And put the scale in the closet or in the trash!. It is not a measure of fitness!. If you really want to track results and put your mind at ease, get your bodyfat tested once per month!. At the very least, have someone take your measurements!. When your body starts adapting and you feel stronger, start weight lifting!. You will not bulk up!. The opposite, you will shrink down and clothes will lay perfectly on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is possible that you are simply turning that fat into muscle which would result in no weight change!. you seem to be going about this the right way!.!.you're eating healthier plus taking your exercise routine slow which is the best thing to do when you are not used to working out!. don't give up!. i realize it can be very aggravating when you are doing everything you can to lose weight and nothing is happening!. just hang in there!. once you start upping yoru exercise though, i would suggest eating more calories!. 1200 is the bare minimum you should be eating and since you are exercising more, your body is going to need the extra energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
