Why isn't the scale moving?!

Question: Why isn't the scale moving!?

I have been eating healthy and increasing my physical activity for about 3 weeks now!. As you probally have already assumed, i've been trying to drop a few pounds ( about 10 lbs) Anyway, the scale has NOT MOVED AT ALL! I simply do not understand!. I try to consume about 1,200 calories per day, i've never gone higher these three weeks!. My question, what am I doing wrong!? is there anything I need to change!? please let me know!

I seen a nutrionist who told me if you stick with the same routine your body gets use to it!. He said you have to trick your body into thinking it is not hungry by having a cheat day and by not doing the same exercises each day!. You need to alter excersises!. He told me the best way to lose the weight is cardio!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you need to make sure you're weighing yourself at the same time everyday, it's best to do it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking, this is your truest weight!. Your weight will fluctuate a few lbs everyday because of the food or liquids you consume!. Also, make sure you're cutting out sugar as sugar will turn to fat when not burned off!. Also, sugar burns before fat while working out so if you eat alot of sugar you will rarely get to burning off the fat when you work out!. Try also eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones!. Small meals often a day will help keep metabolism up so you lose weight better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise more!. Increase your metabolism!.
