Can someone help me with my diet? PLEASE....?!


Question: Can someone help me with my diet!? PLEASE!.!.!.!.!?
I am a little overweight and want to lose it in a reasonable amount of time!.

Since lunch costs so much this year and I usually have to bring it, what food should I bring!? Nothing really expensive please!. I know PB+J has tons of calories, but what about tuna-fish with celery!? Also, does white vs whole bread make a big difference!?

And what are the best cardio exercises I can do that doesn't include sports or simply running!?

What about power-walking!? Is that effective!?

And If I consume 1500 calories a day (calculating in the exersize), how long do you think it will take to lose 10 lbs!?

Right now I am 5'3 and weigh 125!.

Please help me!
