well, there's a few things i think might help you build your deltoid muscles, and other muscle groups!.
1!. eat enough!. muscles burn calories all day, even when you are sleeping!. so, make sure you eat enough to sustain your muscle mass!.
2!. get some protein in your diet!. consuming protein before and after workouts can help rebuild your muscle!. try to eat about 40 grams of protein per day!.
3!. take your vitamins!. taking a daily multivitamin can give you the nutrients you need for proper body function!. chromium is a key vitamin in building muscle, studies have shown that taking chromium build more muscle than exercising alone!. but, remember not to take too much, as chromium can be harmful in very high dosages!. amino acids are also important in building muscle!. they are found naturally in different foods, but there are also supplements containing different amino acids!. all of these supplements can be found at either of the following:
