Question: I weigh 140lbs and am 5'8", is benching 195lbs good for my age of 15!?

Oh yeah!. That's 55 lbs heavier than you are, and you should at least be able to press your own body weight!. So yes, you are doing a good job!. Now if you can only do about 1 to 3 reps of that, then I take that back!. But if you are able to do 6 or more, then excellent work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
