Yes it does!. Doing things requires energy and the energy has to come from somewhere!. That somewhere is calories!. Even crying burns calories!. In fact, just existing burns calories because you are breathing and circulating blood, producing cells, digesting, and maintaining homeostasis(among other things!.) Www@Answer-Health@Com
