Question: Wut is a good excersise routine for everyday!?
wut is a good excersise routine to get a pac or something like that (im not overweight or anything like that) i jus need a way to get some muscle!.!.!.!.!.plz somehting i dont have to buy or if i do plz be cheap

Actually, no one can really tell you what's the right exercise plan for you!. This is because the plan must fit with your lifestyle and interest!. Staying in the gym may be boring in the long run!.
Here are some tips which I hope will be of help:
1!. try mixing your exercise programs!. Swim, run, bike, gym/weights, boxing, etc!.!.!. This is called cross-training!. Guaranteed to erase boredom!. You might get to meet new acquaintances!.
2!. involve a friend or loved one!. Training alone will bore you at some point!.
3!. keep a written record or log of your workout to keep track of any improvements!. Tell 1 person about your goal!.
4!. collect other motivational pictures, read an inspirational story
5!. listen to a get-up-and-go song everyday
6!. give yourself a 5-minute mental pep talk before starting the workout
7!. talk to a positive person or family
8!. and!.!.!. reward yourself!. Set a day in a week for rest, eating, and other fun stuffs!.
