How to lose ten pounds? ?!


Question: How to lose ten pounds!? !?
I have found in the last couple of weeks have gained a few pounds!. I am 5'5 and am 130 pounds (as of now)!. I would love to get back to 120!. If you have any tips I would love to hear them!.

You can't just expect to lose 10 lbs in 14 days!.I'm sorry but that's impossible unless you eat nothing and exersize ALOT!.But you will just gain it back!.There is a healthy way to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks though!.I lost 20lbs in the first month!.Just click the link!.

You sound like me!. I have found a liquid/no bread diet works best!. You and I are about the same size!. No bread, eat lots of light protein foods; such as eggs, peanut butter (off the spoon-no bread!!), tuna, cheese!. Eat light, no fast food, drink lots of water, and 1 or 2 slim fast shakes a day to replace snacking or a meal!. If you want to snack, eat a banana or some grapes!. It is going to be hard but please eat and don't starve yourself!. You will only feel worse!. I hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the "sacred heart soup diet" it will give you the jump you need!. you must be disciplined- don't cheat!

every time i do it, i lose about 7-10 lbs!.!.!. I just have a hard time doing it in the summer- cause i don't like to eat soup when its hot!. lol
