Question: I'm sick!!! And I need to get better quick! Help!!?
I've got a stuffy nose and a sore throat, the whole deal!
It is such a pain!
What are some ways I can help my body get better!?
What fruits are good to eat,
is tea ok to drink!?
Should I stay home from school tomorrow!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're feeling horrible, by all means stay home!.

The fastest way to feel better is stay home, in bed and relax!. Drink lots of water, and take some cough medicine if you want it!. Old school chicken noodle and soup will make your throat fill way better, and you can never go wrong with fruit!. Orange juice is my brother's favorite when he's sick!.

Just get plenty of rest, and believe me, all your friends will love you for not coming to school and giving them what you got!.!.!. That is if they don't already have it!.

have your mom by you some nite quil (take every 4 hours) and cough drops to help sooth you throat nite quil would be for you to get rest and stay on bed rest for about two days my mom did this very me everytime I got sick when I was in school it worked for me too so GOOD LUCKWww@Answer-Health@Com

lots of water!. take zinc for your sore throat!. lots of vitamin c and there is over the counter medicine called zicam you can pick up at walmart!. it shortens the length and severity of your cold!. i use the nasal swabs as soon as i get a symptom and it disappears the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamin C, LOTS of fluids, a cold symptom medication, and rest!.
See a Dr!. if the symptoms worsen or you are concerned that it is more than the common cold!.
If you have a fever or if the symptoms are too bothersome for you to attend school, then stay home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why is everyone sick!? Im sick too :((

Anyways I stayed home for 2 days so far!.
I drank a lot of OJ and stayed in bed all day!. My sore throat went away in about 2 days, I just got my runny nose today :(

try eating some chicken soup, it will make you feel better
