This is my sister's advice!. Ok so that is very average weight i am in the same problem!. If your were to do that i think it is over doing it!. you should run/walk for 20 to 30 mins and eat aound 1000 cals!. because 2000 is a average!. Try that and after a while people will definatly notice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, eating 400 calories a day is so not healthy! you need at least like 1500 to function properly
and running for 2 min will do nothing!.
try sit ups and squats like 20 each a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOU ARE SKINNY at your height!. I am 5 ft!. and can be up to 135lbs!. so for you to be 5'4" and only 128 means your thin, your not anorexic are you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lose weight, just tone up!. Your not fat or chubby at all!.!. just eating fruits and veggies in your diet and you have to do 1500-2000 calories!.!.
Just tone up! Your at a perfect weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
