Question: Good exercise routine for a beginner!.!?
Im a 22 year old single mom of a 6month old!.!.!.I go to school full time!.!.!.and I have a full time job!.!.!.how I do it beats me!.!.!.lol!.!.!.but I have found time to go to the gym 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour!. I really dont know where to start!. I really cant afford a personal trainer so any advise on what to do will be greatly appreciated!. I start today!.!.and will do so on the treadmill for about 30 minutes!.!.!.after that, I dont know where to go!.!.!.help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 jumping jacks, skip rope and and do treadmill!. It isn't complicated, just do what you are doing right now and that is fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
