What should i eat? I hate vegetables..?!


Question: What should i eat!? I hate vegetables!.!.!?
I want to eat healthier, less fat less calories, etc!.!.!.
My biggest problem is that i hate vegetables, I can force myself to eat a salad but it's too gross because i hate salad dressing and the salad is extra dry!. I can't eat salad dressing with vinegar or ranch!.!.!. what can i eat instead that is still healthy!? is there a secret for eating salads!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi you could eat more fruits (fresh or dried), lean meat such as fish and chicken etc!. Also for snacks yogurt, milk, nuts, rice or corn crackers, wheat bread sandwiches with meat etc and you can add lettuce etc if you can handle that!. These foods are all low GI and lower in fat and calories provided you get the low fat milk and dairy products!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you said you don't like vinegar, but have you tried red wine vinegar!? Cut up a cucumber, put a little red wine vinegar on it, salt and pepper - it's delicious!. How about brocolli with cheese sauce from the frozen section!? Just have one serving and it's really good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are more veggies than salad, broccoli, spinach (cooked or raw), green beans, asparagus, bell peppers, cauliflower, cabbage, cole slaw, carrots, etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
