just plain caffeine is a thermogenic meaning it can actually aid in the proccess of fat burning and on averag athletes who take it usually lift about 5 ponds more during a workout so increases strength somewhat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 90 pounds 2 years ago!. The plan I was on told me coffee was forbidden, but since I had given up a lot of other things, I made a decision that I didn't want to give up coffee!. So I didn't!. I was quite successful losing weight, thank you very much!. I was in my mid 40s at the time and supposedly at an age where it's difficult to lose weight!. I can't say it was easy, but I've made fitness a priority in my life!.

I know, intellectually, that green tea would probably be better, but since coffee is very low in calories (I drink it black), I decided that the so-called risks of drinking it were outweighed by its benefits!. Besides, the jury is still out on whether coffee is bad!. Some studies say it is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Caffeine can cause a mild addiction which can lead to weight gain if you abuse it and then suddenly stop!. In most cases its perfectly alright with a diet!. Its only got about 5 calories per cup!. So salt, no fat, I think 1 carb!. It also acts as a light appetite suppressant!. So I'd say there's nothing wrong with a cup or two a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Caffeine won't harm your diet if you don't use loads of sugar and cream!. It can actually speed up your metabolism!. Coffee itself has no calories!.
