Honestly, you sound like a healthy guy!. I would recommend running for a great way to lose weight!. I weighed about 256 when i started running (I'm also 5'8'') and I've been running for about 2 months now and I'm down to 220!. I know that still sounds like a lot but I feel better than ever!. I also started dieting with the running regimen and I found out its not so much what you eat as much as how much you eat of it!. I still eat all the food I love, but instead of having 2 slices of pizza I'll have 1!. It's all about intake!. The average male body burns about 2500 calories a day just by staying alive with everyday functions (breathing, heartbeat, digestion, etc)!. A lb of fat is 3500 calories!. If you cut back about 1000 of the 2500 calories a day you'll be losing about a lb every 31/2 days or 2lbs a week!. Most doctors say not to cut more than 500 calories but I personally have done the 1000 and I feel fine!.

BTW when i started running I couldn't do more than 10 situps and I gave up on them!. I recently tried them again and I did 60 straight through!. I seriously think running is the best all around workout for your core and weight loss!.

You are very young, try to control that weight now before you get older!. If your genetic "frame" is large a normal weight would be 146-167lbs but if your normal genetic frame is medium a normal weight would be 135-150lbs!. Stomach/abdomen fat is the toughest to lose!. Just keep in mind that a regular 30min exercise routine is not enough!. When you exercise for only 30mins you only start to burn fat from your body for 15 minutes or less out of this work out routine!. A full-body training program that includes both cardiovascular and resistance exercise will deliver better, faster results!. Also, INCREASE your fiber intake!. Fiber increases your metabolic rate and ALSO aids in suppressing your appetite!. Stay away from the starch(potatoes) and flour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5'8" and around 165!.!. I used to be like 5'2" and 190!.!. what worked for me was jogging and cycling!.!. never did any heavy dieting cause it always tanked!.!. just avoided soft drinks, junk food, and ate like 60 percent of what I ate usually!.!. Once the exercise regimen gets developed you actually stop wanting to eat too much!.!. the first month is the toughest!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest taking orange juice in the morning (important u need vitamin c cuz use it 2 make fat into energy)make sure it 100%, it awesome!. have bran too it must be healty preferbly wheat!. In about like half hour or so go take a jog!. u shoul wear like a sweater to make u sweat more!. bring a bottle of water along to quench u!.

make sure u sweat a lot n keep positive attitude!. think i can, i can burn my fat, dont stop, jog as long as u can, not running!. When ur tired just walk !. dis should be your daily routine!.Its hard to figure out y the gym has been so complicated over the yrs!. ppl have such big problems burning fat, metabolism does make diffrence!.

FYI: i do workout actually n it my fav hobbyWww@Answer-Health@Com
