Foods that have a combination of fiber and protein will make you feel fullest!. Quinoa is a great one for that - it has high protein and fiber contents, and can be cooked like rice!. Other whole grains and legumes have the same effect!. Lentils, beans, and brown rice are all great!. Tofu has a lot of protein and can be quite filling - you can also pair it with a food with a lot of fiber for the maximum effect (mixed vegetables or a grain product)!. Other nuts are good!. A peanut butter sandwich on whole-grain bread is quite filling!. Whole-grain and unrefined grain products generally have a lower glycemic index (elevate the blood sugar less) so they will give you a more lasting fullness than a refined carbohydrate (like white rice), so always look for these!.
