Answers:
Refined sugar, especially in sodas, are terrible for your body and skin!. You will actually boost your energy by not drinking them!. Replace the sodas with tons of water, and only drink those sugary electrolyte drinks(like gatorade, etc!.!.) only after a hard workout to quickly replenish your body!. I gave up sodas and drink only water, nonfat milk, veggie juice, and gatorade(after workouts) and I feel great!. I used to drink those whey protein shakes a lot, but they affected my kidneys and I had to stop so be careful with those!.

I started eating and drinking healthier a year ago!. Stopping the soda and drinking nonfat milk made the biggest difference for me!. I lost weight in the waist and was able to tone it easier afterwards with cardio exercise!. The change in drinking habits made the biggest change!. All the exercise in the world would not have helped with the definition in my abs without that change!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, 3 to 4 cans a week is not bad at all if you have to drink soda, 3-4 cans a day is bad!. If you start exercising you should gain muscle :) especially if don't do much at the moment!. As for abs, you need to lose the fat in the stomach area first by eating healthy (3 meals plus 3 snacks in between) a day, full of low fat, sugar options such as lean meat, fruits, veges and low fat dairy!. Then you can start to do things like sit ups/crunches etc and you will see results!. All the best :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches will build your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
