Cardio will help you get rid of the layer of fat that keeps your abs from looking toned!. All of the crunches in the world will do no good if your belly is hiding under fat!. Try running or biking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your diet is the key!. If you just want a flat stomach then you need to lose the layer of fat on it!. If you want to be toned then do crunches and stop if you start getting a 6 pack!. But I think muscular girls rock! I suggest 50 crunches a day to start, then work up to 100!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
unless you take steroids and a **** load pf proteins, your never going to be ripped, specially women because they have low testoterone(male hormone) levels!.
