What can I do? It's very hard for ?!


Question: What can I do!? It's very hard for !?
me to lose weight!. I work in a food area and I can control it it's just when I get off at night around 9:30 pm i eat!. I know it's not good, but what can I do!? I love eating fruits and vegetables, but night time eating is what's giving me a problem!. Any helpful advice is appreciated!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat small meals constantly throughout the day, avoiding meals all together 3 hours before sleep!. Take some snacks for work, such as fruit and veggies!. You work in a food area, so eat something healthy before 8 o clock!. or if you have to eat after 8, go for a walk or do some light cardio, after you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As crazy as it sounds , it can be a good thing!. But too much of a good thing can hurt you too!. When you get ready to go home after work, get a snack some where and stop to eat !. Then when you get home you shouldn't be as hungry!. Failing that, try putting a big note on the fridge!. that says if you open this door you will explode! I'm serious, it worked for me ,I was 245 lbs, and I lost 37 lbs!. just by seeing that stupid note on the fridge!. door!. There is no way you can do this if you don't try , the more inventive you get the better chance you have!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't starve your self, eat normally(healthy food) specially breakfast, drink more water and workout at least 3x\week minimum 2hours each
