i am 14 years old about 5'1 and weight 108 pounds
i want to get twice as stronger then i am now but what should i do!?
but i don't want to lift weights because it will stun my growth

Lots of people use 'creatine' (Kre-uh-teen)
or something like that, and my buddy lost about 45 pounds in a summer and gained HELLA muscle but obviously you have to work out!

In this case, I don't believe there is any other way to get stronger than to lift some weights!. You CAN do some 30-50 push-ups a day or so depending on how many you are able to do (most likely start with the amount you can do) Crunches are also a good way to make some abs :D haha!. One more thing, maybe you SHOULD lift weights but like 10's in each hand and lift them a numerous amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the most important thing is lifting with proper technique because u could get injured if u dont!. u should prolly wait till u get into highschool before u start lifting seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lifting weights dosen't stunt your growth!. That is actually a myth!. I started lifting weights when I was your age and I am 6 "1 now!. Get into the gym dude!. You won't get strong without lifting weights!. Drink your protein shakes after your workouts! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
protein shakes are good to drink when your done drinking out and your going to have to lift weights to get stronger or do a lot of yard work or stuff in that area!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
for your age, just do alot of running followed by alot of push ups, pull ups, and crunches!.,!. youll tone up your upper body wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
