I know it sucks, but the real way to lose weight is what they all say: diet and exercise!. But you can easily lose 10 pounds by changing the way you eat food!. Try eating fruits when you want a treat, or cutting soda out of your diet!. Also, try not to over eat!. It makes a big difference to stop when you're full!. Just think about what you're eating, and don't keep bad stuff in your house to tempt you, and you will notice a big change not only in how you look but also in how you feel! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
