Question: Question about healthy fat!?
Hi iv always been 53kg but recently i went down to 50kg
I want to put weight back on and go back to my original weight but I dont want to stuff myself with chocolates and doughnuts!.
How can i put healthy weight back on!? Healthy fat!?
My body shape is hourglass!. I always put weight on my butt and thighs and my waist is really small!. I want to keep it that way but im not sure what kind of food is suitable for my shape!.

If you are looking to add some weight to your frame, then you are on the right track by not wanting fatty foods!. The basis of gaining healthy weight is to still eat the good foods!. Simply by adding 200-300 calories to your daily intake!. Example is if right now you eat 1400 or so you would begin to eat 1600-1700!. You can do this by adding more fruits and vegetables!. Eating more protein with your dinner!. Just little tweaks to the food you already eat (if healthy) is good!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
