Question: I weigh 126 pounds and can only bench 150!. How can i bench more!?

Mix up your upper body exercises and make sure not to just focus on one muscle group!. If you have a huge chest but your arms are tiny you'll never be able to bench a lot!. You've got to be smart about what muscles you work!. Make sure you work out your triceps, biceps, and chest regularly!. Try and max out about once or twice a week (remember your max is what weight you can put up 3 times)!. Remember more weight at less reps builds strength so don't be afraid to push yourself!. With consistent work you can definitely get that up to about 180 or even more!. Anyone who can bench their own weight or more is already in decent shape so I wouldn't worry about it too much if i were you!. Good Luck thoWww@Answer-Health@Com

Bench press regularly!. Do other upper body workouts as well!. Also try different methods of weight lifting, like superslow and pyramid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
