Question: !.!.!.am i fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!?!?!!?
i am 1 metre and 16 cm tall, and i weigh about 53 kg's and im basically 'just' 14 years old, i really want to go on a diet till im at least 46 kg's, is this possible to do in 4 weeks!?!?!?!? if i eat sooooooooooo healthy and excercis everyday ALOT!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately you do seem a little overweight - your bmi (body mas index, which is basically a health measurement of your weight is about 40!.!.!. it should be around 25)
i suggest that at your age
1!. dont try to go for a ''really really healthy diet - they never work, coz they are way too hard to maintain
2!. you can stop eating sweets and chocolates
3!. if you drink soda - stop drinkning the sugary types - switch to diet sodas (i know, they dont tast good at the beginning, but you'l get used to them {thats all i drink now})
4!. move around a little bit more - play some sports if you can, if you cant, then help your mother or whatever so that you actually do some physical activity!.!.
try to slowly decrease your fat - but remember at 14 yrs old - you're gonna put on weight and grow, so don't worry about your weight - just watch your appearance (whether you look fat or not)

I think at 14 it's good that you start to monitor your diet and exercise!.

I'm worried that you're already starting to identify with a label of "fat"!.

Exercise, eat healthfully, cut out sodas, sweetened juices, cakes, candy, cookies, and chips (even baked ones)!.!.!.I think you can drop that weight pretty quickly!.

Maybe talk to your family doctor and get his or her advice!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have no suggestions on what diet plan you should go on, but my parents do weight watchers and, my mom lost about 40 pounds in 4 months and thats pretty damn good!.

1!.75 kg a week is quite a lot!. I'm training for a marathon and eat healthy and only lose about 3lbs (1!.36kg) per week!. You're much smaller and would probably have more trouble losing weight than that!. I would say it wouldn't be healthy to lose that kind of weight so fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not fat!. at 14 years old and at 53kg is the average!. Your probably just muscly or have big bones (no jokes)!. don't go on a diet and became some weight obsessed freak, and your a perfect weight and don't let others put you down (no I'm not fat)Www@Answer-Health@Com

did you know a way to loose weight is eat over 3 meals a day & it gets your matabilism going fast then choose your won diet, you loose it all in 11 days! go on interenet & see :O;)
