Question: What should i do, torned between a sleepover and i diet!?
im trying to lose at least 5-6 kgs in 4 WEEKS! but im having a sleepover with my friend this weekend and theres going to be LOTS of junkfood! what should i do, im 13 years old, really want to lose weight, but really want to go to this SLEEPOVER ! please help!? what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Bring snacks with you!. bring drinks like diet coke (o cals and tastes the same as regular) and foods such as snack a jacks (yummy,reasonably low calorie and not obviously a 'healthy' food)!. or just say you ate a big dinner before you went and eat only a little bit!. or you could take a night off, one day wont kill you and you should be enjoying being a kid while you can!. have fun :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bring your own healthy snacks!! you can still enjoy the sleepover just dont give into your sweet tooth! Bring things like unbuttered popcorn, fruits and veggies, hell bring something to drink like sugarfree kool aid to pass the time with!
