What exercise is best for flabby thighs?!


Question: What exercise is best for flabby thighs!?
I weigh 8stone 10 am 5ft 4" and have a slim waist and bum however my thighs are flabby and fat!. How do i tone them down!? I do body pump twice a week and have started yoga!. Any ideas how to tone them up specifically!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats are probably your number one solution!. They work all parts of your legs if you stand on the balls of your feet shoulder width apart, and then keep your stomach tight and sit as if your placing yourself in a chair!.

You should try squatting,then placing your back against a wall stretching your hands forward and your legs alleviated to a square position
