Would extra running be bad for me?!


Question: Would extra running be bad for me!?
I'm a skinny kid and just started going to the gym to try and bulk up some!. And i have chicken legs so i have been trying to work my legs pretty hard!.

But at the same time i'm out of shape and need to run to build my stamina!.

Would lots of running be negative for me to try and gain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If we are talking about 1 to 3 miles no it probably isn't bad for you!. But if your talking about 3 to 7 miles then yeah you might get really thin!. And if you really want to get your legs bigger try doing a lot of squats, lunges, deadlift's and step up's!. these are some of the best exercises for building leg muscle!. forget about those machines they are worthless!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are going to the gym to build muscle, you can definitely run on the days you do not work out!.!.but, if you are wanting to bulk up, make sure you are doing SPRINTS, not jogging!. jogging builds long, lean muscle!. sprints build bigger, explosive muscle!. if you want proof of that, just look at the 100 meter sprinters on tv vs!. the mile joggers!.


TIP: Go to Google and type in High Intensity Interval Training

Try lifting weights, eating healthily, and exercising!. Running will build muscle, but make sure you get enough calories and protein!. Drink lots of water and get enough sleep!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
