As a nutritionist and trainer, I have to honestly say that I think your diet is terrible!. Not in terms of calories, but in terms of nutritional value!. You can have a low calorie diet but still have loads of nutrients!.

At a bodyweight of 120, you should have no problems losing weight on 1200 calories!. This is a good general guideline: Use (bodyweight in pounds x 10) as a starting point!. This works about 90% of the time!. If you're not losing, you may need to lower it a little, or exercise a little more!.

May I also add that your weight seems quite fine!. How much are you planning to lose!? Please don't develop any eating/mental disorders in your pursuit of a beautiful physique!.

In any case, you're only asking for nutritional advice, so I'll advise you as follows:

Breakfast:

One apple!.
One bowl of oats with low fat milk!.
3 egg whites!.

Lunch:

One large salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing!. I like this dressing because it is low calorie and the olive oil is really good for you!. Definitely include the avocado too!.
One grilled chicken breast!.
One apple!.

Dinner:

Handful of almonds/walnuts/other nuts (10 to 12 pieces)
Salad (as above)
Steamed fish fillet!.

Snack: Fruits are the best choice, but if you're dieting right and exercising regularly, I doubt that a lollie here and there is going hurt your weight loss!.
