How to lose as much weight as possible in 3 months?!


Question: How to lose as much weight as possible in 3 months!?
So me and my buddy have become fat A$$'s as of late!.!.!.So we have a pretty hefty wager ($400!.00) to lose the most weight in three months!. We start Next monday the 22n'd!. Any tips in what i can do!? I am starting a gym next monday too, so i think i will work out 4 times a week or so!.!.!.I know i can lose quite a bit, cause i have a nice sized beer gut, so i think i can win!.!.!.!.BUT if you have any tips or ideas, let me know! When losing weight, you should follow the dual course: exercise and
diet together!. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger
appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
