It'll take about a week and a half before you start noticing results!. But, running a consistent route is actually not as effective as you think!. Instead of running 2 miles 6 days a week, you should strive to run the same mileage in a different pattern!. First, start with a 2 mile run, then take a day off!. The day after that, run 3 miles, followed by another 2 mile run the next day!. Take another day off and then run 5 miles!. If you stick to a good high protein, low carb diet while running 2 miles every day, then you will see big results quickly!. Depends what you mean by run!. I had a friend who did the samething, but he was a bad runner so he basicly runned really slowly and never saw anyresults!. Big results come slowly thats why they are BiG><BIG
