Why cant i lose weight??????????!


Question: Why cant i lose weight!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i have a healthy diet i run on the treadmill for an hour daily and i don't eat at night!.!.!.!.whats wrong with me!?! is it because of my age (im 15) is this the smallest i can get!?!?!?(4'11 108 lbs) some one please help me!.!.!.!.i set a goal weight of 98lbs and the most ive ever lost is 4 pounds my thighs rub together when i walk and i hate my legs!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The previous answer is a good one!. It is actually not true that muscle "weighs" more than fat!. What is true is that muscle is smaller than fat, so when you replace 1 pound of fat with 1 pound of muscle you get smaller!. Also, if you do not have much muscle tone, gaining muscle can actually help you lose fat, in a HEALTHY way!. 10 lbs of muscle is VERY small and will burn about 3500 calories a week which is equivant to 1 lb of fat lost every week!. So, gain a little muscle and you probably lose some fat!. But like the last response, don't worry so much about the scale, most professionals use body fat percentage, not pounds to determine when someone is healthy!.

However, many of us struggle with being VERY overweight, so be happy with what you have!. And, by they way, your thighs SHOULD touch!. If you can stand in a normal stance and you thighs do not touch, you are way TOO skinny!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find excercises that have to deal with the part of the body you want to get in shape!. eat small portions of food but eat healthy!. drinking about 8 ounces of water before you eat makes you get full so you dont eat as much as you would!. or serve your food on small plates so that it can look like you have alot of food on your plate!. hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight can be a challenge , but it is such a worthy accomplishment

You may actually be loosing fat and gaining muscle!. Muscle is denser than fat so it weighs more!. You should take your measurements instead of depending on the scale!. Your weight might not go down, but you could be getting smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
