hmmm, your question is contradicting itself!. A well toned butt will not bounce!. If you want a toned butt I would highly recommend squats and lunges and leg kick backs!. If you want your butt to bounce, I would recommend you do nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you have to have a "butt" before anything!. And once you know you have a butt, tone it up by doing squats! It'll help keep it in shape, I don't know about the bouncing part though--unless it's a big butt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you tone your butt it will not bounce!. Toned bottoms don't bounce around, fat does!. Do squats, running up hills or on inclines will help!.
