Please help...tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated!?!


Question: Please help!.!.!.tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated!!?
I just want to know what you think about what I ate today!. What things should I change!? What should I keep!? Am I on the right track to weight loss!? I am trying to lose 30 lbs!. I also exercise and drink water!.

Breakfast-8am-2 egg whites scrambled with low fat cheese and a glass of milk-240 cals

Snack-10am-Banana-105 cals

Lunch-12-salad topped with grilled chicken and black beans with low cal dressing-250 cals

Snack-2pm-small Granny Smith Apple-75 cals

2nd Lunch I guess-4pm-Turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat-280 cals

Dinner-6pm-bow of homemade vegetable stew with brocolli, carrots, and string beans in a tomato soup base-About 250-300 cals!.

That would be a totoal of about 1250 cals!. Is this too much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on your goal overall!.

How much do you way now!. Because if you weigh more then 130, you may be cutting too much!.

Also what kind of exercise!. If it's just cardio, though not my personal recommendation, you should be fine!. Make sure you do intervals to increase fat loss!.

If your doing weights you could probably use some additional calories, Protein or fats!.

My concern though is how much you weigh now!. If your trying to cut 30 pounds and don't weigh at least 155-160!. You could be doing more long term harm then good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1250 calories is too little!. Eat at least 1600 calories!.You could probably eat up to 2000 calories and still lose weight!. Don't be afraid to eat more calories because it will prevent you from binging and you need those calories to fuel your body!. Add another snack at night like some natural peanut butter and a glass of milk!. Eating at night doesn't make you fat so don't worryWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's a good amount!. You shouldn't eat too few calories!. It's not good for your body!. About 1200-1300 is enough but will still make you lose weight!.
Just make sure to exercise at the same time!. You need to do both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
