Question: Any tips on how to gain a few kilos!?!? !?
I've always been skinny and would love to gain weight!. Im about a size 8 (Australian) and would like to be at least a 12 or 14!. How can i gain weight and will it distribute evenly over my existing body shape or just go to my tummy!? How do i make it even!? I eat heaps but have a fast metabolism, i don't want to eat fried foods etc as that will lead to heart disease etc so i just want a healthy way to gain a few kilos!. any foods that are better than others for gaining weight!? I could eat chocolate and ice cream all day long and still not gain weight so i dont think sugar or fat is gonna help !.!.!.!. :( thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are weight gainer shakes that you can buy, or you can drink protein shakes!. Some have more calories than others!. If you are trying to gain size, you should also try weight training!. When trying to build size you should aim for lower reps (Max of 8) with high weight!. Sorry, but there's no way you can "place" any fat gained!. Men tend to gain on stomachs, and women tend to gain on hips, thighs, and stomachs!. If your parents have extra weight where they store theirs is more likely where you'll store yours!. Good idea to stay away from unhealthy food, because there are many people who are "thin" but end up dying young with heart disease because they were able to eat anything and still look thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of full fat milk it makes you gain weight and its good in calcium i dont no about australia but in england you can buy a milkshake from some shops that helps make you gain weight i think you can ask about it in the chemist!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
